Total Change: -6.5 lbs

Week 7 Goals:

  • 1800 calories/day - only 3 days
  • 6 glasses of water/day - 5 days
  • only have 2 splurge meals over the weekend - I had 3
  • 20 min workout during the week x 3, 60 min workout x 1 on the weekend - YES
  • find a new curling iron or curlers the correct size for new hair cut - I figued out how to use something I already had

Week 8 Goals:

  • only have 2 splurge meals over the week
  • 20 min workout during the week x 3
  • 60 min workout over the weekend
  • get teeth cleaned
