- breakfast: blueberry fritter
- lunch: chicken sandwich, snap peas, cuties
- snack: Clif bar, string cheese, banana
- dinner: veggie pad thai, peach sticky rice
What Actually Goes on in Hula Hoop Class:
If I had know that the instructor's assistant was filming us, I might have actually done some hooping to begin with. Instead you get some nice video of me swinging my hoop back and forth while I try to figure out the hand grip on a new trick.
