What I Wore That Looked Sweet & Innocent:
- maroon skirt (Lane Bryant)
- grey striped short-sleeve blouse (Target)
- blue cashmere sweater (Old Navy)
- grey open weave tights (Target, I think) *
- grey patent heels (Steve Madden)
- rhinestone brooch (Salvation Army) **
- grey earrings (no clue, they are really old)
- grey headband (again, I have no idea, maybe Ross)
* these tights died by the end of the day. I am so saddened by that. They were awesome.
** all the jewelry is $0.79 at the Goodwill I frequent, but at this Salvation Army they have a boutique section and this brooch was $10. Yikes! But totally worth it. Isn't it glam and vintage looking?

Those shoes are adorable!
So sad that those tights died, they are amazing!
Aw! You DO look sweet and innocent. The tights are the perfect touch. At least they are forever immortalized on your blog.
Those tights WERE awesome. Great colors in this outfit!
this outfit has such a "Mad Men" vintage feel...I LOVE IT!! :)
The shape of that skirt is perfect on you! It really makes your hips look va-va-voom! Great shoes, bummer about the tights.
I LOVE that color combo! You look stunning.
Honeybunches - no kidding! We needed a pic together for sure.
Dr. Da - thanks! They're one of those purchases that I made thinking "oh these are fine, but nothing special" and I wear them all the time. Definitely one of the best purchases I've made in a few years.
Kelly - yeah. I should have had a memorial service for the tights when I threw them away.
Kasmira - Thanks. That's an excellent way to think about it. At least I can look at the blog adn remember how awesome the tights were.
Brooke - thanks!
Barganista - oooooh! Good compliment. I LOVE Mad Men! Thanks!!
Sheila - thanks! I alternately felt va-va-voom and frumpy. Back and forth all day. :)
