This is what I wore last Friday. Not a lot of accessories for me today because I went to the salon to get a trim and to have a trial done of my wedding hair. Somehow my trim turned into 4 inches being cut off, despite my very clear instructions to "only give it a little trim. I'm going to get a realy haircut after the wedding." sigh. It's too short and she put a ton of layers back into it, which I did not want.
What I Wore While Mourning the Loss of Length:
- jean skirt (Target)
- black tank (Old Navy)
- mustard cardi (Target, new from Goodwill)
- black/gold scarf (Goodwill)
- black boots (Cloudwalkers vis Avenue)
- gold earrings (from Mom)
What I Wore On This Day in 2008 & 2009:

Hard to tell in that picture, but even with 4 inches gone, I am sure you have enough length left for a fabulous wedding-do! I am totally digging your 2008 look.
Love the Yellow!!! They always cut to much off...sometimes I think they are just spiteful! I always look at their hair and if it's spiked and short I try to avoid them...
i think i asked you before, but i never came back for the answer -- when is your wedding?
Love that scarf!! What a great way to dress up a denim skirt and cardi. Also, holy hot mama back in 2008 - love that outfit!
Sorry about your hair! I just found your blog from Sally over at Already Pretty – I love it! I especially love your fashion flashbacks, very cute idea. Now i want to go thrift a dozen scarves.
Love the yellow! Sorry about your hair. Why does that always happen?! Take your multi-vitamins... it will help your hair grow faster.

How was your bridal shower tea party? Did you wear a hat?
Dr. Da - Oh you are so very right. I shouldn't be upset that she cut my hair so much. After all, it is still long and it will be fine. It was just a shock. And thanks! I love that old dress too. I need to see if I can squeeze into it.
ThriftyMama - ha! You totally made me laugh.
EvaNadine - The wedding is in April. Less than a month away!!
Kimberly - thanks! I learned all my best scarf tricks from you!
miss Karen - thanks and welcome to the blog! I'm so glad that you like it. Trust me, there are tons of scarves at thrift stores. I actually have so many that I haven't even worn half of them yet. Have fun with it!
suzydirl - thanks for the advice!
Sarah - The shower was a ton of fun, but sadly there were no hats involved. Darn it!
