WW FAIL

After a tragic trip to Weight Watchers this weekend (after more than a month away) I've gained 7 pounds. YIKES! No wonder none of my pants fit. I have been slacking. Majorly. So I planned a bunch of meals for the week and went to the grocery store. Fresh veggies. Hurray!

Please excuse how frazzled I look in this photo. It was the end of a very long day: 9 hours at the office followed by 3 hours at Home Depot. I am so sick of Home Depot, especially the kitchen design section. I just want my kitchen fixed, but I don't want to have to do any more planning.

  • breakfast: cheesy egg, alternative bagel, Monster, mango
  • lunch: turkey on sandwich thin, nectarine, pretzels, carrots
  • snack: pear, cheese stick, Cliff Z
  • dinner: turket pepperoni "pizza" on a Flat Out Wrap

Aw, lady. I feel for you. I'm impressed that you're willing to own where you're at and make the changes that feel right. That's powerful.

Weight loss and maintenance is a constant struggle for me. Great job of getting back to a meeting and getting back on track with meal planning!
