Regulation states it should be 3/4 eggnog (might have gone down to 1/2 since I left, though), and 1/4 - 1/2 milk (in your case, skim). Hence the shock. (One serving of most eggnogs is 9 grams of fat--that's for a 1/2 cup!!) <br /><br />Green Mountain Coffee makes a surprisingly excellent Eggnog Flavor coffee if you find it anywhere--and no extra fat/calories b/c the flavor is roasted in the bean. Or I get fat free Nog (or my latest Soy Nog) to add to my coffee instead of milk. In fact this was my morning coffee today.
