Weekly Weigh In:
There goes that ten pound weight loss. We didn't cook at home at all last week. Not at all! And to top it off, we ate piles and piles of garbage. And we went out to drink more than once. That all added up to a four pound weight gain in one week. YIKES! Back to cooking at home for most of our meals. Back to alcohol within moderation. Back to fruit and veggies (which I love). Back to no fried food! And not because I put on 4pounds. I'm pretty sure a lot of that is reatined water from all the salt. But I feel gross!!!! I feel all greasy on the inside. Yuck.

so been there. ugh. you maintain an excellent attitude in spite of the setback; how inspiring of you!
i, too, have had a less-than-stellar eating week. time to get back on that damn wagon. :)
Don't beat yourself up to much. Everyone has set backs, but as long as you keep at it, that's the important part.
