Week 14 Goal Wrap-up
- I stuck to my calories 5 out of 7 days, so I messed up 1 day.
- I splured two days instead of 1 day, but one of those days was very carefully restrained splurging.
- I exercised 3 days, so 1 more than my goal.
Not perfect, but overall I am pleased. I'm not surprised that I didn't lose any weight this week since I lost 4 lbs last week.
