Week 14 Goal Wrap-up
  1. I stuck to my calories 5 out of 7 days, so I messed up 1 day.
  2. I splured two days instead of 1 day, but one of those days was very carefully restrained splurging.
  3. I exercised 3 days, so 1 more than my goal.

Not perfect, but overall I am pleased. I'm not surprised that I didn't lose any weight this week since I lost 4 lbs last week.

Week 15 Goals:
  1. 1800 calories or less per day
  2. 1 splurge day only
  3. exercise 20 minutes x 2 days, 45 mins x 1 day
