Starting Weight: 230.5 lbs
Week 1: 226.5 lbs
Week 2: 228.0 lbs
Week 3: 224.5 lbs
Week 4: 225.0 lbs
Week 5: 223.0 lbs
Week 6: 224.0 lbs
Week 7: 224.0 lbs
Week 8: 223.0 lbs
Week 9: 220.5 lbs
Week 10: 222.5 lbs
Week 11: 224.5 lbs
Week 12: 226.5 lbs
Week 13: 222.5 lbs
Week 14: 222.5 lbs
Week 15: 220.5 lbs
Change for the Week: -2 lbs
Total Change: - 10 lbs
So three weeks to put on 6 pounds and 3 weeks to take it back off. At least it's symmetrical. Somehow I don't think I get a gold star for losing the same 10 lbs a second time. But it's still better than gaining.
Week 15 Goal Wrap-up
- I only stuck to my calories 3 or 4 days. Not good
- I splured 3 or 4 days instead of 1 day, but I did really well at resisting all the food at 2 different baby showers I attended.
- I walked 3 days, so at least I had that going for me.
Week 16 Goals:
- 1800 calories or less per day for 6 of the 7 days
- 1 splurge day only
- exercise 20 minutes x 2 days, 45 mins x 1 day

Hooray for getting back on track!
I wonder how many people are able to actually lose weight without ever backtracking.....
A guy spoke at my WW meeting once- he had lost something around 200 pounds (just reached goal and was going to become a leader!). I asked him how he dealt with plateaus, you know, how he kept motivated. He said he never had any, just lost weight consistently the entire time. My awe was doubled. Can you imagine having that experience???
Ahem. Just got back from WW- this guy lost 258 lbs!
Wow. That's impressive. And honestly, I don't believe that he NEVER plateaued at all. That would be shocking. But great for him!
I need to try going to WW meetings...
