Warehouse Meltdown

We worked offsite today. That meant 8 hours in a warehouse hauling banker's boxes off of pallets and over to tables so we could review all the documents inside. It was very hot and very sweaty work. I literally had sweat dripping off my nose at one point. And that was only at 9:45 am! Who knew being an attorney was so glamorous?

Rand Daily Outfit Assessment: "Did you put that brooch on just for your blog? You better take pictures before you go to work. You are going to be gross when you get home." Well, I didn't put the brooch on for the blog. Well maybe I did. I don't know. All I know was that I looked a lot better with the brooch on. And he was right about looking gross when I got home. YUCK.

What I Wore While Sweating Up a Storm:

• black V-neck T (Target)
• green cargo capris (Sonoma)
• white velcro sneakers (Target)
• brooch (thrifted, Goodwill)
• silvertone hoops (ancient so who knows)

What I Ate That Went South at Dinner:

• breakfast: greek nonfat yogurt, watermelon, Western Bagel Alternative bagel
• lunch: grilled chicken sandwich (no dressing), side salad (no dressing)
• snack: SoyJoy
• dinner: crawfish po'boy, french fries AND onion rings
