- stretch belt (Dots)
- new hair color (Herbal Essences Spiced Tea) *
What I Ate Before Buying 5 lbs of Carrots:
- breakfast: cheesy egg, 3 cuties, alternative bagel
- lunch: chicken and avocado sandwich, honeycrisp apple, yoplait *
- snack: Gen Soy bar, lite cheese stick, small banana
- dinner: 4 oz grilled chicken, corn on the cob, side salad
- dessert: WW ice cream bar
Exercise:
40 incline pushups, various leg lifts
Total for the Day: 29 points, 30 pushups, 5 glasses of water

Sheila - I wondered if you colored your hair. I wish mine could be as vibrant a red as yours is, but I have to bleach it first if I want to do that. And that trashes my hair.
