Friday, I wasn't chopping broccoli,but I was jamming out while I chopped other veggies to take over to my future in-laws to help out with food since they had a new baby. I had the music turned up so loud that it kept setting off our alarm system. Loud noises make it beep and so does opening an exterior door. Every time it went off, I thought "Oh Rand is home." and I would stick my head around the corner. I must have done it about 5 times before I realized that I had my Daft Punk was the cause, not the front door opening. If you care to rock out with me, this is what was causing the beeping:
What I Wore While Chopping Vegetables:
- jeans (Lane Bryant)
- teal cotton shell (Target)
- patterened cardi (Lane Bryant)
- brown cardi (Target)
- purple ruffle flat (via DSW) *
- bee earrings (ErinLoveDesigns)
- brooch (via Goodwill)
* I just picked these up as potential wedding shoes. They are SO PAINFUL! I'm glad I decided to check them out.
What I Ate On Casual Friday:
- breakfast: oatmeal w/ blueberries & FF half & half, apple
- lunch: 3oz chicken, quinoa, wilted spinach, grape toms
- snack: cheese stick, Clif Z, baked cheese crackers
- dinner: crockpot mexican chicken. 6 oz potato, FF sour cream, 1 oz avocado, side salad
- dessert: WW enlish toffee crunch ice cream stick
Total for the day: 29 points, 7 glasses water, no exercise
