Rand's Daily Outfit Assessment "Seeeeeexy. Seriously." He made me smile. But he's been out of town on business for a week, so that may have given me an advantage. :)
My future sis-in-law loaned me this necklace. It's from Kenya (a coworker or hers brought it back from a trip) and the beads are made from rolled up paper that is laquered. Pretty damn cool, if you ask me. I love that she let me borrow it.
What I Wore From Kenya:
- black skirt (Lane Bryant)
- red cashmere sweater (Apt. 9)
- black tweed jacket w/ faux fur trim (Lane Bryant)
- black tights (Target)
- black boots (Cloudwalkers via Avenue)
- blue necklace (borrowed)
- black/white headband (Target)
- breakfast: Fiber One Caramel Delight cereal, dry; banana
- lunch: 3 cuties, buddig sandwich, sugar snap peas, cheesestick
- snack: animal crackers
- dinner: veggie stir fry, white rice
- second dinner: (still STARVING) alternative bagel w/ sugar free jelly, 2 carrots
Total for the Day: 30 points, 3 glasses of water, no exercise

LOVE that jacket! I am a sucker for faux fur.
I am a sugar snap pea junkie - I eat them every day.
The jacket is great! I love Rand's assessment....no wonder you are keeping him. :)
i love having someone to borrow jewelry/clothing/accessories from! my friends + i used to do that all the time growing up, and we ALWAYS did that in college -- why do you think we stop doing that as we grow older?
the necklace is gorgeous -- i can see why you borrowed it!
BTW, i have started a little blog-sie of my own. only the one post so far, until i get into the swing of things. :)
I agree with Rand. :)
The necklace is beautiful, and I love the jacket, too.
BTW, everytime i see this post title, i get the song "Return of the Mack" stuck in my head!
Sheila - oh me too! Sugar snap peas are divine. I could eat them like I used to eat a bag of chips.
Dr. Da - I don't know about keeping Rand around so much. After he read this post he wanted me to clarify that I wasn't wearing the jacket when he made the comment and that it's only sexy without the jacket. LOL
evandine - excellent! I am popping over to your blog RIGHT NOW!
Kari - thanks!
Gary - Google say that your comment translates to "Love, apart for a heart and by the word. Intention to accept each other's everything, all the intentions to love each other." So thank you for the sweet words.
