He knew better than to get me red roses. I'm not a fan. Instead he sent me pink tulips (I adore tulips) and a box of chocolates. He was even thoughtful enough to send them a couple of days early so that I not only got to enjoy them for longer, but I also got to share my chocolates with my coworkers, thereby reducing my personal calorie intake. I love you, Rand!

- breakfast: oats & barley with apples
- lunch: carrot sticks, turkey sandwich with avocado, tangerine
- snacks: SoyJoy, yogurt, grapes, 6 pieces Russell Stover chocolates
- dinner: 1/2 medium thin crust pepperoni & black olive pizza (Dominoes)
