I do contract work, but I've been very fortunate to work for the same company for the last 2 years. Well we hit a lull with the trials for them, so I found myself with some time on my hands. So I picked up another short-term contract job that should wrap up right before the wedding. Perfect! As a result, my outfits are probably going to be a bit more conservative until I figure out what is appropriate at the new office. Plus, I've been sick for more than a week now, so all I want to put on are my comfy pants and a t shirt, so expect to see a lot more pants than usual too. I hope you don't get too bored.What I Wore To Meet New Coworkers:
- black slacks (Lane Bryant)
- black/white floral wrap shirt (Newport News)
- black heels
- white necklace (via Goodwill)
- headband (Target)
- brocade jacket (via Goodwill)
- brooch (via Salvation Army)
What I Ate At the New Office:
First day at the new job, so I had no idea what the kitchen situation was. So I didn't bring any food. They had Panera catered for us for breakfast, and I actually went there for lunch too. I thought I was doing pretty good on my lunch choice of a veggie sandwich and low fat veggie soup, but after checking out the nutrtion info online that night, I see that it was still higher in points than I expected. But the muffin! I had that as a snack and it just blew me away that it was more than 10 points and I didn't even eat the whole thing. Yikes!
- breakfast: plain bagel (6) with plain cream cheese (3), water, Monster
- lunch: 1/2 mediterranian sandwich (6), bowl low fat veggie pest soup (3), baked lays not the bread shown (3.5)
- snack: 7/8 of a pumpkin muffin (10), juju hearts, not shown (9)
- dinner: beef pho (13.5)
Total for the Day: 54 points, no exercise, still sick as a dog

marianna - thanks! I almost og t rid of these beads b/c I wasn't wearing them at all, but that changed over the last few weeks and I think they'll be good for summer. Maybe if you're a good girl, I'll send mine to you 1/2 way through the summer!
