I didn't start out planning to wear faux spats to work today. I actually planned to wear knee high boots, so I put some socks on under my fishnets. But then I couldn't find my boots (they were hiding in my car) and I was too lazy to take off my socks since that would have required me to take off my stockings too. I decided that the result was "a Look" and I was going to "work it." Most people didn't even notice since my legs are so pale that they blend with the socks. ha! What I Wore That Blended In:
- skirt & blouse/sweater (Lane Bryant)
- fishnets (Target)
- socks (Target)
- heels (Nine West via 6pm)
- earrings (?)
- brooch (via Goodwill)

I saw this fake spats thing in Lucky magazine a few years ago, but have never seen it on an actual person. Very cute! I love your ingenuity.
