In Honor of Hillary

Recently, Hillary blogged about how much she loves black and white striped shirts. The next day I was at Goodwill, looking for patterned shirts to add to my wardrobe (everything I own is a solid, I swear) and I came across a really nice feeling B&W striped shirt, which made me think of Hillary. Of course I had to buy it. On it's inaugural wear I decided to pair it with some red in honor of the big red bow she's been wearing on her hat.

So here's to you Hillary...

I like this striped shirt so much more than the usual B&W ("jailbird") stripes. I definitely like it paired with red too!

Who were you spying on with those binoculars? :)

Julia - thanks! I work on the 17th floor of a downtown building and there is a hotel right across from us. They've been filming the first few episode of a new TV show in the hotel's rooftop pool. So we all go stare out the window from time to time. The binoculars make it easier to spy. LOL

BAM - I hope so. It's meant as a compliment. She's got great style.

Ok, finally. I caught up (from beginning to end) with todays blog. You are amazing!! I love your fashion sense. I, personally, need Geranimals for Grownups to get dressed and you are truly someone I could emulate fairly easily. Keep it up. Maybe it I get really brave, I might try some of these (I am a bit older and therefore more reserved than you youngsters!)

AZGypsie - You read from the very beginning? Wow! You crack me up with the "Granimals for Grownups." That's how Rand is too. Every morning he asks if he can wear certain things together. But I firmly believe that fashion is a learning process and to be honest, if you're willing to take the risks and have the right attitude, anything looks good!

hillary - yay! I'm glad you like it.
