- soho crosshatch jeans(DKNY via Lane Bryant) *
- black sequin tank (Lane Bryant) **
- black cardigan (Lane Bryant)
- black pumps (Payless)
- necklace (gift from sister)
- earrings (?? Target?)
- sunglasses (Lane Bryant)
* I ADORE these jeans. I'm thinking about getting another pair to have tailored so I can wear them with flats. And I'm also thinking about getting them in a size smaller just in case I ever manage to lose weight again. Seriously, I love them THAT much.
** I won't be able to wear this top without something over it b/c the sequins chafe. :(
What I Wore While Exploring 2nd Street District (Saturday day):For those of you who wondered what I bought during my latest Lane Bryant shopping trip, here is the outfit that I selected thanks to the generosity of Lane Bryant. (I actually bought more than just this, but this is what was covered by the gift card that they sent to me.) Thanks, Lane Bryant! I felt comfortable yet chic all day long!
- ankle detail leggings (c/o Lane Bryant)
- chiffon tunic (c/o Lane Bryant)
- purple flats (via DSW)
- purple earrings (via clothing swap)
- necklace, modified by me (via Goodwill)
- rosette pin, worn as part of necklace (c/o Lane Bryant)
- white watch (swag from Tikkr)
- white bracelet (Target)
I loved how this look turned out. The sheerness of the City Chic shirt ensured that it was dressy even though I was wearing a skirt and not a dress. (BTW, aren't those hearts so sweet?)
- pink chiffon skirt (vintage via Goodwill)
- black heart blouse (c/o City Chic)
- black belt (taken off another shirt)
- wedge heels (MIA via 6pm)
- bracelet (Avenue) *
- ring (Lane Bryant)
- necklace (??)
- watch (jewelry party)
- earrings (Old Navy)
- cowboy hat (Tractor Supply Company)
* It's missing one little stone, so I talked them into selling it to me for $1. Score!
What I Wore To The Conference (Sunday):
I decided to do with this dress for the conference for a couple of reasons - it was super comfortable and the full skirt meant I wouldn't be accidently flashing too much thigh while seated. Plus, it has pockets - perfect for stashing business cards in. I personally think all dresses should have pockets. It's genius!
- smocked blouse (Lane Bryant)
- blue dress w/ white piping (c/o City Chic)
- pale pink earrings (Old Navy) *
- magenta suede flats (Target)
- bracelet (swag from Charming Charlie)
*these are a much more delicate, pale pink in real life
