The Texas Style Council Conference is coming up this weekend and I haven't even started packing yet. Yikes! I am getting really excited about going to Austin and meeting 100 other Texas bloggers. And you know what gets me even more excited? SWAG!

A Gift In the Mail
Not too long ago, I sent Sara of Bombshell Beauty a box of some new clothes that didn't fit me as well as some items I cleaned out of my closet. And lovely lady that she is, she sent me a package in return. Gotta love sharing/swapping/hand-me-downs/whatever you want to call it. I highly recommend everyone share/swap with their friends. It's so much fun.
Thanks, Sara. You are awesome!
I decided to open the package in a video, just like I do for my OSS videos, b/c let's face it - this was like shopping that I didn't have to pay for. Double score!

With Thanks To Miss Amy
A week or so ago, I got an email from Miss Amy (who rocks, BTW) offering to send me some stuff she was cleaning out of her closet. Whoo hoo!! The circle of women in these daily fashion blogs are unlike any other. Everyone is so supportive and friendly. She sent me the most adorable things! Thank you, Amy!!! Since the weather is starting to warm up, I couldn't wait to wear this first jacket, otherwise it would be too late.
I know I'm not showing it off to it's best by sitting down, but I was so tired that this was the best I could manage. I had just gotten home from a very long day of working, scheduling wedding vendors, shopping for bridal party gifts, and getting Rand's wedding suit tailored. Whew! I was so wiped out that Rand made dinner for me. And I didn't even take a picture. Man, I suck.

Gifts in the Mail!
A few weeks ago I offered to send a workout video that I was bored with to the first reader that requested it. (evanadine, if you email me your address, I'm still happy to send that workout ball video to you.) In the comments to that post, LeShaune offered to send me some workout DVDs that she had. I got 3 DVDs in the mail. Is she awesome, or what? Thanks, LeShaune!!
What I Did Thanks To TexNYQueen:
This weekend I tryed out the first video - hula! Silly me thought she was sending me a hula hoop video. LOL. It was really Island Girl Hula Dance Fitness Workout.
I loved this video. It was totally different from any workout video I've ever done. It wasn't the hardest workout, but it kept me engaged and I definitely worked up a sweat. Plus, I got to work out barefoot. You can't beat that. Why is it such a pain to put on shoes?
Thanks again, LeShaune! You are one awesome lady!
